Effective Leaders don’t just happen by accident. This Knowledge Project podcast talks about some of the characteristics of effective leaders. It struck a chord with me on the day I heard it. Jennifer Garvey-Berger outlines what it takes.
Initially, she outlines 4 stages in adult development. Each has its pros and cons. She goes on to talk in more depth about how to get it right (and wrong) as a leader.
