I’m hearing more and more people talking about “crafting the narrative” of their CV: i.e. putting together their diverse background into a cohesive story for recruiters and hirers.
Found this great process for writing your life story in a redemption story style. I think it would make a great way to build rapport within a group: have each person show how everything they did lead to today. When I train facilitators I remind them that every moment of their life prepared them for this challenge: every experience they had is a way to teach a point or steer a group to their next place. This is similar.
