Say no nicely

As you’re probably aware if you’re reading my blog, i’ve been paying attention to ways to make a no sound more like a yes.  Came across these splendid articles today, so here they are!

And take this into consideration James Clear’s advice that the ultimate productivity hack is to say “no”.

And while the stakeholder / client doesn’t like to hear no, they do love to say no. So check out this interesting take on using questions with a “no” answer to get them to buy in to your idea, take action or just agree with your analysis.
