They include structural issues like unclear thinking, no clear structure, talking too much, not using stories, using no 3rd party endorsements, missing the emotional connection or working at the wrong level of abstraction. Then there are presentation skills issues, like um… errr…. ahhh.. “non-words”, the lack of pauses, some tonal issues. They top it off with the need to have a strong opening and closing, and to use technology the right way.
