Asking questions – the meta model

This is a model created by John Grinder and Richard Bandler in the 1980s. They modelled great therapists (Milton Erickson, Fritz Perls, Virginia Satir) to discover what kinds of questions they asked to make a 50 minute session with them life-changing.
