As part of my Presentation Mastery program I have gathered videos showing people using all of the Satir Categories.
As you reflect on your light bulb moments, here is my friend Jeff Stibbard.
For each video I send you try watching without sound first.
This will allow you to see the gestures, get a sense of the speaker’s style, and sometimes it’s just all you can do at your desk.
In this 2 minutes and 47 seconds you will see a lot of broad gestures from Jeff (elbows way away from his rib cage).
There’s a smattering of placator and leveller with the occasional blamer.
